Work calendar
Bars start on work days, and task lengths count work days only. Weekends, public holidays and the shutdown are skipped when you move a job\u2019s start date or create a job from the template.

Pick a job that already has Pre-construction details. Copies client, address, emails, phone, delivery window, model and attachments onto this Construction job. Source Pre-con data is kept (not wiped).

Changing this moves every Construction bar for this job by the same number of days (gaps and durations kept).

Links to a whole folder (e.g. the SharePoint job folder) can’t be added and are hidden from the site lead. Put plans, engineering, cabinetry and selections under the Plans tab instead.

A read-only copy of the schedule in Google Calendar: tasks, start/finish milestones and 🚚 deliveries. No prices, POs, client details or leads. Google refreshes it every few hours.

Site tablet link
Opens the schedule on a site tablet with no Microsoft sign-in — the tablet's own PIN is the lock. The tablet gets the Site lead role: tick tasks, notes, photos, diary and feedback, and see job details and the files marked “site can see”. It can't move bars, change dates, delete jobs, or see finance, leads, pre-construction or settings.
Site tablet links are available once shared storage is switched on.

Edwina portal
Opens Edwina's view with no Microsoft sign-in. She sees jobs in construction (the client-facing names), each job's build and the calendar. She can leave comments and add photos or files. She can't move bars, change dates, tick tasks, or see leads, pre-construction, POs or settings.
The portal is available once shared storage is switched on.

PO accept links
One link per purchase order. The supplier opens it with no sign-in, sees the PO (job, site address, work, dates, scope, price) and taps Accept — ticking that they agree to the terms and dates — or Can’t make these dates. Accepting ticks the bar as Booked. You get a notice here.

People
People who use the app on their own phone (no Microsoft sign-in, no text messages). Add them once here — that’s the approval — then Make invite link and send it to them (e.g. WhatsApp). Tapping it signs them in on that phone; nothing else to do. The link works once, for 7 days. On a new phone they use their mobile + PIN (optional), or you make a new link. Every new phone sends the Directors an alert. Front of House: sees everything (client details, POs, variations), view only. Carpenter: the site lead view, view only. Site lead: today’s site lead rules. Cleaner: sees only her own cleaning bars (her link opens the cleaning portal). Site leads and carpenters see the client’s name and delivery address only. Dan and Cody stay on Microsoft sign-in (Director / Admin).

Every saved change to bars, dates and plan files, newest first: before → after, who made it, and from where. Changes made by an AI or bot are tagged Made by AI. Bars someone had deleted that an old copy tried to bring back are listed as kept deleted.

Subbie links
One link per subbie or supplier, opened with no sign-in. It shows every job under construction and coming up over the next 6 months (titled JO### — model only), their trade’s bars highlighted with dates, and read-only links to each job’s construction-pack files for jobs they’re on. No client names, addresses, contacts, prices, notes, PO numbers or folders. They can send feedback with screenshots.

Add, rename, recolour or delete stages. Bars use the colour of their chosen stage. Changes save on this device.

Placeholder until Dan’s study backend is live. Button opens the URL for the current stage (Lead / Pre-con / Construction).
Manage forms
Add and edit form types (not just fill answers on a job). Set which stages they appear on, stub vs live, optional variation/extension shell, and custom fields. Types persist in localStorage; job answers stay in the forms store.
